Blueprint Physique respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit blueprintphysique.com, purchase a coaching plan, create an account, communicate with us, or use the Blueprint Physique client platform.

Stripe and other payment providers process your full payment-card information. Blueprint Physique does not directly store your complete card number or card security code. We may receive limited information such as card type, last four digits, payment status, and transaction identifiers.

Coaching and Wellness Information

Fitness and physique goals
Age or date of birth
Height and weight
Measurements and progress metrics
Training history and experience
Exercise preferences
Injuries, limitations, or relevant health information
Available equipment and schedule
Calorie and macronutrient targets

Activity, cardio, sleep, stress, and adherence information
Check-in responses and coaching notes

Wellness and Health-Related Information

Information about your health, injuries, nutrition, body measurements, progress, or fitness goals may be sensitive.

We use this information to deliver and personalize coaching, communicate with you, support safety, and operate the Services. We do not sell wellness or health-related information or use it for targeted advertising.

Blueprint Physique is a fitness and wellness coaching service, not a healthcare provider. The client platform is not intended to function as a clinical medical-record system. Information submitted through the Services may not be protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act in the same manner as records held by a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider.

Please do not submit information that is unrelated or unnecessary for your coaching.

Artificial Intelligence-Assisted Processing

Blueprint Physique may use artificial intelligence-assisted tools to help draft nutrition templates, meal frameworks, food substitutions, summaries, or other coaching materials.

When an AI-assisted feature is used, relevant information may be transmitted to an AI service provider, such as OpenAI, for processing. We seek to limit the transmitted information to what is reasonably necessary for the requested output.

AI-generated content may be reviewed, edited, or rejected before it is used. AI output is not medical advice and should not be treated as a medical diagnosis or clinical recommendation.

We do not use AI tools to make final decisions regarding payment eligibility or legal rights.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, including:

Stripe and payment providers for payment processing, fraud prevention, and transaction management
WordPress and WooCommerce for website, checkout, order, account, and subscription functions
Supabase for authentication, database services, client accounts, and platform functions
Resend and email-delivery providers for transactional and service emails
OpenAI or another AI provider when an AI-assisted coaching feature is used
Website-hosting, backup, security, and technical-support providers
Analytics providers if website analytics are enabled
Professional advisers such as accountants, insurers, attorneys, or consultants

These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for Blueprint Physique or as otherwise disclosed to you.

We may also disclose information:

To comply with a valid legal request
To protect the rights, safety, and security of Blueprint Physique, our clients, or others
To investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of business assets

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Email Communications

We send transactional and service-related emails concerning orders, subscriptions, account access, onboarding, cancellations, payment failures, coaching activity, and important policy changes.

You may receive marketing emails only when permitted by law or when you have elected to receive them. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional or service communications relating to an active account, purchase, or subscription.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Provide the Services
Maintain an active account or coaching relationship
Complete the applicable paid-access period
Maintain transaction, tax, accounting, and legal records
Resolve disputes
Enforce agreements
Meet security and fraud-prevention needs

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically delete your account or all associated records.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it. Some information may remain in backups or records that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, or payment purposes.

Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect personal information, including account authentication, access controls, encrypted connections, restricted administrative access, and reputable service providers.

No website, database, email system, or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your password and promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request that we:

Provide information about the personal information associated with your account
Correct inaccurate information
Delete certain information
Provide a copy of certain information
Restrict or object to certain processing
Withdraw a previous consent
Stop sending marketing communications

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Certain information may be retained where necessary for transactions, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, disputes, or security.

Depending on where you reside, you may have additional privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you for making a valid privacy request.

Account and Subscription Cancellation

Subscription cancellation and data deletion are separate actions.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals according to our Terms and Cancellation & Refund Policy but does not automatically delete the client account, order history, transaction records, or coaching information.

Children’s Privacy

Blueprint Physique coaching plans are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

Third-Party Websites

The website or client platform may contain links to websites or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Blueprint Physique is not responsible for their independent practices.

International Processing

Blueprint Physique and its service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to a country with different privacy laws than your home country.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our Services, service providers, technology, or legal obligations.

The updated policy will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. We will provide additional notice when required for a material change.
